“Fuel Efficient Refrigeration”

Working Pattern is based on Vapour absorption refrigeration system and no additional energy is needed to run the engine. Condenser, evaporator, blower, Expansion valve, vapour absorber and heat exchanger are the main components of such system. Working fluid absorb heat from the heat exchanger which is the engine exhaust and gets converted into vapour and thus passed through expansion valve it is converted to high pressure liquid this liquid absorbs heat vehicle cabin and get converted to vapour which is then mixed with water in the absorber this process is repeated in a cyclic manner to get continuous refrigeration effect.

Our Market

A market like India, masses living close to Equator, cannot avoid the use of air coolers. Often Refrigeration system currently used in automobiles are Vapour Compression system, It consume 1/3rd of energy from fuel to be consumed by the compressor for compressing the vapor, hence the mileage of such vehicle is pretty much low. But in vapour absorption system , which we invented through experiments, there is no compressor in it, hence due to the absence of mechanical components there is no vibratory loss and also the size of such system is less as compared to vapour compression system. More over, engine efficiency is also high. Continuous refrigeration effect can be produced without any additional sources of energy, less fuel consumption, comfort driving are the main advantage of the proposed system, as we count the challenges faced all over the World by climate change,pollution, global warming, rare earths etc, on the bottom level increase in fuel costs and atmospheric temperature, this would be the one of the game changer in near market.

What we are looking for

“Craetive Ignites” is a team of 8 Young Experimentarians who having Engeneering Degrees in Mechanical and Electronics. Our moto is to be a part of Green India. On this way, we achieved to invent a prototype of Fuel Efficient Refrigeration system. Here we aimed to bring this invention with experts of the industry and make it real. We are having a small R&D division as of now, to expand the current scenario, we would like to expect calls from Venture Funders, Industry Experts and Big Daddys of our Business diaspora .
